David is the Director of Human Resources and his career has spanned over 20 years in a multitude of different industries. He is a relationship-focused, hands-on leader with broad experience delivering best practices within organizations. He has a deep knowledge of recruiting, compensation/ benefits, employee relations, and overall employment law compliance. David is a collaborative communicator skilled in establishing credibility and strong relationships organization-wide. He drives the culture that inspires and motivates the entire team to deliver on USDTL’s mission of protecting and enriching lives. David holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University in Business Management and has HR Certifications from both SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute).
