Carboxy Δ8 THC is Now Detectable in Urine Testing

Effective today, December 12, 2022, USDTL will be the first laboratory to provide a quantitative value for three analytes in its confirmation testing for Cannabinoids in urine. The analytes are carboxy-delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, carboxy-delta-8-Tetrahydrocannabinol, and carboxy-Cannabidiol. These analytes are the main metabolites of the parent compounds, delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, delta-8-Tetrahydrocannabinol, and Cannabidiol, respectively.
