United States Drug Testing Laboratories (USDTL) has been the leader of the drug testing industry since 1991 through research and assay development.  Our New Applications Department does more research than other laboratories 10 times our size. Through Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grants, we have secured over $2 million in funding to date to facilitate our own projects.  USDTL also partners with other organizations, such as universities and hospitals, to assist with their research testing needs.  USDTL has made significant breakthroughs in the field of analytical toxicology by developing procedures to diagnose newborns for prenatal drug exposure using meconium and umbilical cord tissue and provides workplace and rehabilitation drug testing cost effectively using hair and nail specimens.  With USDTL, clients can always find newly-released tests on the cutting-edge of science and other assays and panels always in development.
