Expert Testimony

Staff toxicologists at USDTL have provided expert testimony in a variety of settings across the nation. These venues include, but are not limited to, deposition, arbitration, hearing, family court and criminal court. USDTL is available to provide on-site as well as telephonic testimony. Litigation Packages

A litigation package is a set of documents that contains certified true copies of all the raw data, reports, chain-of-custody (internal and external) and a summary of the findings. The document is organized in a manner to facilitate independent toxicologist review. Contact Client Services to request a litigation package.

Letters of Explanation

Situations arise where documented interpretations are required. USDTL is able to provide customized letters of explanation to assist our clients.

Business Records Affidavit

Business records affidavits are a certified true copy of the specimen requisition, specimen report and a notarized affidavit indicating that the records are authentic and are normal daily business records of the laboratory.
