How to Get Started

Payment Options

USDTL offers two payment options. Client Services will assist you with finding the one that works best with your testing program.

 

  • USDTL offers new clients to apply for a line of credit. With this method, a business credit application form must be completed. Upon approval, a line of credit is granted and the account will be set up for a monthly billing cycle.

     

  • We also allow new clients to set up a pre-paid account. New clients must authorize an automatic charge on a valid credit card. The credit card will only be processed when a specimen is received in the laboratory. The account will be set up with daily billing cycle.
